1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the 89bt platform. By registering or using any service on 89bt, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering at 89bt. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact 89bt support immediately.
• The name, phone number, and other details provided at registration may be used for identity verification.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions at 89bt are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. Detailed deposit and withdrawal rules are outlined below.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. A maximum daily deposit limit applies.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 minute.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Mobile banking or e-wallet — either method is accepted, but the account name must match.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Players must follow the host's instructions in live games. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the game.
• In Sports Betting, stakes are generally refunded if an event is cancelled.

If an account is closed, any legitimately earned balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, in cases of rule violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.
